VALVE CLEARANCE ADJUSTMENT

Inlet: 0.50 mm | Exhaust: 0.80 mm | Lock nut: 45 Nm | Engine < 50°C

EVB EXHAUST VALVE BRAKE ADJUSTMENT

EVB clearance: 0.60 mm | Counter-holder lock nut: M14×1-8.8 = 45 Nm

RAIL PRESSURE SENSOR REPLACEMENT

Thread: M18×1.5 | Torque: 70 ± 5 Nm | Sealant: Bosch Fett FT1V27

PRESSURE LIMITING VALVE REPLACEMENT

Thread: M20×1.5 | Torque: 100 ± 10 Nm | Sealant: Bosch Fett FT1V27

EDC17 CONTROL UNIT REMOVAL / INSTALLATION

4 connectors | 8 mounting bolts M6×30-10.9 | Two-stage torque: 1.5 → 10 Nm

AGR MODULE LEAK TEST

Test pressure: 3 bar | Hold time: 30 min | Max drop: 0.1 bar | Both sides
